HI EVERYBODY!!
today i will tell you about my favorite transport of all in my ocuntry!!
yeeeeees, the famous transantiago !!
and, afortunally, for me, it wasn't a change too heavy.
But. i recognize that before this change, the buses had longer tours than now. This point, was for somebodys good, and for others bad. Because, it could lead you from Maipu to Las Condes, in my case. So in one bus, i could travel to one commune to another, and without the need to change to another transport.
But, it could take you one or two hours, because the tour wasn't direct, and it had a lot of laps.
Now, for example,to the same route, i have to take 3 kinds of transport, two buses, and the subway. And doing this daily , you end the day so tired of up and down buses, take the subway, and again up and down another bus to get home. But, after the time, you begin to accustom.
The good thing, it's that :
- whith this way of transport takes less time to reach somewhere
- The buses are bigger than the previous
- You pay with a Bip target, so the people lose less time to up
- The assaults to the drivers had decreased
- You can take three kinds of differents transport paying only one passage

So this are the goods, things, that i find better than the old system.
I think that, we need to change our attitudes than the same kind of transport. Because people makes that the subway for example, becomes dramatic. With the pushing, impatience, and the angry.
But, if this attitudes change, the transport system could be better. I think that our country needs more cultur and patience.

Post # 2: A country I would like to visit
- Which country would you like to go to? Why?- What do you know about it?- What would you like to do there?- Would you like to study/work/live there? Explain.- Make comments on 3 of your classmates’ posts- Word Count: 200 words

I would like to go to a lot of countries. Like Egypt, London, Germany, Greece, Brazil, and maybe to Japon.

But, i think that if in the future, i can travel outside of Chile, the first country i would like to know, it would be Egypt. I have seen so many movies filmed in that country and i find it so beautifull, because it has great pyramids.
I had seen many reports about history, and always show this architectures.

I don't know if i would go there to study or live, because I find this country better to go as a tourist. To enjoy the enviroment, the places around, and all the beautiful things it has.

Another country that I would like to go is Brazil, because it's very close from Chile, and you don't need so much money to travel there. I would like to go to Rio de Janeiro if i can. A friend of the school went there long time ago, and she took a lot of pictures from the city. We were so impressed with the landscape, the public transport, the beaches, and the places. And of course, with the carnival. She told us that this event, was the best of all the things she saw.
The dresses, masks, dances, lights and music, mades she feel a great happines to be there.
So If a go there, i will do as a tourist.

My First Term

Post Nº 1 (second term): summary of previous exp.
FIRST TERM: GOOD AND BAD POINTS:Write about your experiences during the first term of 2009.Describe:- the relevant things you learned/studied- the sports and free time activities you did- the challenges you had to face- Others (family, friends, etc..)- Write at least 200 wordsWhen you finish, visit 2 other blogs and write appropriate comments, for example if you had similar experiences, or if you felt the same as your classmate.

My first term was full of activities, like, studying, doing sport, going to parties, going out with my boyfriend, and, working too.
It started with the welcome of our clasmates and the university.
I remember that we have six courses, biology, chemistry, fisik, math, physics, and others about nursing care and things like that.
I needed to study every day, because, all weeks we had controls and those marks, will help us for the exam. In fact, I have very good marks, so i didn't do the exam. I can say that it wasn't lucky
because i really study, so i was very happy and proud of myself.
Besides my studys, every week i went to the gym. I like very much to do sport, so i can't be studying every day in the university without a physical activity.
So, mondays i had fitness, wednesdays dance, and fridays pilates.
After do sport i had classes, some days, i go out of the university at six o'clock. But, with the physical activity i was always very healthy and with energy to study.
I ate and slept well to not get a cold. So i didn't miss at the university in all the semester.
Another thinks i did last semester was work. I worked every weekend in a call center. It was very light because, i nly worked the saturdays in the morning, so i have time to study and get out with my family, friends or my boyfriend.
Sometimes i went to partys or discos in the night, but it was once a month, because with the university's activities i really finished the week so so tired. So when i had birthdays, of my firneds, or special celebrations, i went to partys at night. The other weeks I went to see movies, at the cinema, or did other things.

Well, those were, all the activities, that i did the last semester, and i am so happy because i passed all the courses with very good marks.

Post # 11: my blogging experience
At last!!!Write about your blogging experience.- Did you enjoy it? Why? Why not?- Did it help you improve your English?- Give your opinion of the advantages and disadvantages of blogging in the English class.Minimum 300 words

I will be very honest, there are days, that i really enjoy of blogging in the English class.
Those days, were when the post was funny, like comment about your favorite picture, or about your profession. For example, there was a post that i don't remember the number know, but i write a lot of things that i thought. It was the post of my future, about what will i do in five years more. And i really was very excited writing this. Because, i want to do very things in the future, so i write all that i thought at that moment.
But there was other days, that i was so tired and i didn't want to write. My brain was so tired by the study every day, that when the English Class came, i didn't have the capacity to write well.
There was very fridays, that my mind was in blank, and this made more difficult to think about what write.
I think, that blogging, its very fun, because, you can order what you want to write, change some words, and explain what you want. But on friday this was very complicated because, this is the last day of the week, and personally, i'm very tired. I study a lot every day, so for me, freday, it's the day i need to relax, and don't thing more than i thought all the week.

So, in conclution, i can say, that this are the advantages and disadvantages of blogging in the English class:

I think that blogging in class has advantages like:
- Express all the things you are thinking at that moment
- Change the words, or look for the correct way of write them
- You can order your thoughts before write them

And advantages:
-You can't discuss your opinion, whit somebudy, because, none is reading what you're spelling

POst Nª 10: your ideal job
Say:- What your ideal job would be- What qualities and skills you would need to do this job- Why you would be good at this job- How difficult it would be to find this kind of job200 words, and comments on at least 3 of your classmates' blogs

My ideal job would be what i'm studing right now, obstetric, maybe with time and experience, i would work in another cities, not here in Santiago.
The week before this, i see on TV, a program of how the health professionals work toghether as a team in southern Chile.
I don't remember very well, were was this exactly, but it was in a little town of Puerto Montt.
It was a very rural place, people living in mountains, caring animals, chickens, cows, and obviously they didn't have an hospital or a clinic. So, the medical group, worked in a small house, using it as a consulting room. It was no easy, because, they had to wake up early and carry al the things that they need to examine the patients. After that, they had to walk like an hour to arrive at the consulting room. Because, they worked in two places, one, in the town, where they was living, and the other at the consulting room.
I like this kind of job, because it was very human the treatment with patients.
It wasn't places with a lot of people like Santiago, o another city, so, the treatment was more warm and individual.
The medical group was forming by one nurse, one obstetric, one dentist, and one female doctor. This four women, were serving the comunity of this place with an attention that i've never seen before. It was very nice to watch how they transformed that small house in a consulting room with a few beds and tables, and of course with a waiting room.
People was accustomed to be served by this womens, an in this house, they like very much how this medical group was caring them.
I think, that here in Santiago, we have for example, all the tecnology to cure diseasses, and to be prepared. But the default of this, is that a lot of people go to the consulting rooms, hospitals, and clinics, but often, they don't have the personal relationship that they would like. And this happens because there are a lot of people that the medical group must to see or examine, and obviously, they needs to be very fast.
So. i hope that in the future, can have a good relantionship whith my patients and give them the best service.

Post # 9: Your favourite subject
What is your favourite subject this term?Who teaches it?Why do you like it?What have you learnt this semester?150 words minimum please.Enjoy sharing your thoughts and preferences with peers. Write, write, write.

My favourite subject it's embryology. My teacher it's Miguel Concha, and i like it because he is very quiet making the class. He answer all the question we make, with a lo of patience, and obviously he knows very about this process.
This semester i learn the development embryonic, beginning with the fertilization in the women.
Every week the teacher makes a control about the class, maked before. So we already know how the embryo grows inside the female reproductive tract, how his arms and his legs are first, like four little fingers and how the organs are forming.
It's very entertaining and beautiful this subject - matter, because it makes you understand why the organs have this destribution, and how they arrived there.
I really like this subject, because yo have first the teoric class, and after the practical part.
I think that the practical part it's very important to understand even more the teoric class.
So you don't forget what you learn whith this strategy, because, you study for the test, and after it, you can see under the microscope the embryo development or touch some molds of organs in embryonic stage, i think that is the best to learn.
I really like this subject, so i hope to have good results after the exam, because, it shows that i really learn.
Well, that is all about my favorite subject, i think that, as a good obstetrics, you need to know very well, how the baby gows and how the embryonic development occurs in the correct form.
